1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to JobNob. By accessing or using our scheduled AI task automation service at jobnob.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
JobNob is a platform that allows you to create and schedule automated AI tasks. Our Service enables you to:
- Create AI prompts that execute on a schedule you define
- Choose from multiple AI models (GPT-4o Mini, Claude Haiku, Gemini Flash, Grok)
- Enable web search capabilities for real-time information
- View execution history and results
- Manage your credit balance for AI usage
The Service operates on a credit-based model where you pay for the AI tokens consumed by your scheduled jobs.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Sign in using a valid Google account
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Free Credits
New users receive $5.00 in free credits upon registration. These credits can be used to execute AI jobs and do not expire while your account is active.
Credit Usage
Credits are deducted based on the AI model used and the number of tokens consumed. Each model has different pricing per million tokens. A 5% service fee is applied to all AI usage costs.
Purchasing Credits
When credit purchases are available, you will be able to add credits to your account via our payment processor. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Insufficient Credits
Jobs will not execute if your account has insufficient credits. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate credit balance to run your scheduled jobs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Create prompts designed to produce hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Attempt to circumvent AI model safety measures or content policies
- Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
- Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. AI Model Usage
Third-Party AI Providers
Our Service uses AI models from third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. Your use of these models is also subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output from AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts you create and how you use the AI-generated output. You must not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you create and the AI-generated outputs from your jobs, subject to any rights that may be claimed by the AI model providers. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Service
The JobNob name, logo, website design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or outages
- Third-party service disruptions (AI providers, cloud infrastructure)
- Force majeure events
We do not provide service level agreements (SLAs) and are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobNob and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or generate using the Service
11. Termination
By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, please contact us at admin@gelotto.io.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:
- Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended period of inactivity
- Discontinuation of the Service
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobNob regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
