When you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive and store:

  • Email address
  • Profile picture URL
  • Google account identifier

We do not have access to your Google password or other Google account data beyond what is listed above.

Job and Execution Data

When you create and run AI jobs, we collect and store:

  • Job names and descriptions
  • Prompts and system prompts you create
  • Schedule configurations (cron expressions, timezones)
  • AI model preferences and settings
  • Execution results and AI-generated responses
  • Execution metadata (timestamps, token usage, costs)

Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Time and date of visits
  • Referring website addresses
  • Error logs and performance data

Authentication & Infrastructure

  • Google Firebase - Authentication and user management

  • DigitalOcean - Cloud infrastructure and hosting

AI Model Providers

When your jobs execute, your prompts are sent to the AI provider you selected:

  • OpenAI - GPT-4o Mini
  • Anthropic - Claude Haiku 4.5
  • Google - Gemini 2.5 Flash
  • xAI - Grok 4 Fast

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We recommend reviewing their policies for more information.

Payment Processing

When we implement paid credit purchases, payment information will be processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Service:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Job configurations: Retained until you delete them
  • Execution history: Retained for 90 days
  • Credit transaction history: Retained for 7 years for financial records

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
